Shipping & Delivery

** Due to increase in fraudulent Credit Card purchases, any order that has a different shipping address from the billing address may be delayed while the validity of the charge is determined. If your billing and shipping addresses are different, you may be asked to fax a legible copy of the front and back of the Credit Card used, as well as a legible copy of your driver's license. If the charge is determined to be high-risk, it will be subject to cancellation.

 

Orders $100, or more, ship for $7 (standard service). Orders under $100, ship for $3.50 (standard service). If you need expedited shipping options, please contact sales@rogtac.com for a quote. 

Insurance is not included, except for expedited shipping. To purchase insurance for your package, you must notify us by email (sales@rogtac.com), before or immediately after an order is placed. 

When placing an order on www.rogtac.com, we will make every effort to ship your order the same day. However, orders typically ship the next business day using USPS Priority Mail (First Class if 15.9 oz. or less), FedEx, or UPS. A shipping provider is selected based on size and value of the product(s) being shipped at the discretion of ROG Tactical. Some orders may contain products that will ship from multiple locations (direct from the Distributor or Manufacturer). If this is the case, you will not incur any additional shipping charges. We strive to get you your product(s) as quickly as we can, so if this means breaking up an order into multiple shipments, we will happily absorb the additional shipping charges we may incur.

Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided by email on all orders. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email sales@rogtac.com. Please note that USPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you.

If you have special shipping needs, please email sales@rogtac.com prior to your order, or immediately after to notify us of your needs.  Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless we make an error in your shipment, or the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued credit to ROG Tactical. The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.

Once you receive your order, check the contents to make sure you received what you ordered. ROG Tactical must be notified via email to sales@rogtac.com, within one day of delivery, regarding missing items. ROG Tactical is not responsible for missing items due to damage during delivery or theft. Please contact sales@rogtac.com to purchase optional shipping insurance, before or immediately after placing an order, if you wish to have your order insured against damage or loss during shipping. 

 

Privacy & Security

ROG Tactical  will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. You can shop at www.rogtac.com with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

Returns
 

All products are new and covered under the Manufacturer's warranty.  Product defects must be handled by contacting the manufacturer directly. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from ROG Tactical.  Please contact us via email (sales@rogtac.com) in order to receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization), referencing the order date, invoice number, product(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All returns must be made within 14 days of product delivery. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be new and in the original packaging.  All accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included with the return. Original shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Please use the original shipping box in which your order was shipped to make your return. A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging. Until the goods are returned to us, you are responsible if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Products returned without prior notice will be marked "Return to Sender" and will not be accepted

ROG Tactical will notify the customer upon receipt of the return and the outcome of the return request.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival and in any event within no more than 30 days of the day of arrival.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

Products listed on www.rogtac.com are in stock at our location and/or at our Distributor/Manufacturer.  If an order is placed and the product(s) turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss your options and allow you to cancel the item(s) if you so wish. If there is an item that you are looking for but is not listed on our site, send us an email at sales@rogtac.com and let us give you a competitive quote and expected ship time. Through our Authorized Dealer and Distributor status with key manufacturers, we are able to special order just about anything in their product line.  We also have dealer accounts at several National distributors which gives us access to just about anything related to the shooting industry.

 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
 
Rush Outdoor Group, LLC is located in Corona, CA and conducts business as ROG Tactical, online, via the website, www.rogtac.com. Orders shipped to California will be charged Riverside county sales tax rates (currently 7.75%). Special pricing or promotions may occasionally be advertised or viewable from within the shopping cart. Special pricing and promotions are only valid for orders during the special pricing or promotion period. Price adjustments will not be made for prior orders.   All prices are subject to change without notice.
